Eligibility:	Participants are individuals who have experienced a loss and feel unresolved grief.

Losing someone you feel close to is never easy, whether it is a famiy member, friend, or beloved pet. The grieving following a loss is very real, and can be very painful. I will guide you through 5 steps to help you move through the grieving process and forward to the next phase of life by healing, and in turn enjoying life again while healing.
