Program/Service Notes:

Assess need for vaccine for client who will be traveling to another country/countries. Provide information on health and safety for travel to other countries. Administers vaccines. (Vaccines should be administered NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to travel). Prefer contacting minimum 6 months before travel.
