CTF ILLINOIS provides case management, training, and assistance to the individuals so they can maintain and further develop their independence. Services provided to these individuals by CTF ILLINOIS staff typically include transportation, assistance with medical needs, making and keeping appointments, grocery shopping, paying bills, and similar activities.
