Program/Service Notes:
Brief therapy is a term which describes a highly strategic, exploratory, and solution-based approach to psychotherapy, rather than problem oriented. brief therapy emphasizes (1) a focus on specific problem and (2) direct intervention. As a client participating in brief therapy, I take responsibility for working more pro-actively with you in order to treat clinical and subjective conditions faster. This approach emphasizes personal observation, utilization of natural resources, and the consideration of a new perspective and multiple viewpoints. Brief therapy encourages you to view the present.
