Program/Service Notes:
Vial of Life is a nationwide program designed to provide a better level of emergency medical care for people with previous medical history, chronic illnesses or who may be living alone. The Vial of life is a container that is stored in a person\\'s refrigerator and holds information on their health history, medications, emergency contact and WILL information. Currently, the program serves Tuscola, Arcola, Villa Grove, Arthur and Newman.
