Program/Service Notes:
SBL Hospice has been serving our community as the premier hospice in our area for over 40 years. Its dedicated staff cares for and supports terminally ill patients and their families in their homes and other settings. It's a comprehensive program of care dedicated to controlling pain, relieving discomfort, and supporting the terminally-ill patient and family physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Hospice services are provided to every patient regardless of ability to pay. SBL Hospice serves 20 counties in East Central Illinois from its office in Mattoon.
