Eligibility:	Must be resident of Marshall or Marshall school district to check out materials. Non- residents pay $50 for library card.
Intake Process:	Apply at circulation desk. Must show 1 form of proof of residency.
Area Served:	The City of Marshall (Marshall Public Library) and Marshall school district. Not including York or Melrose townships (Marshall Area Public Library).
